this web site. You understand and agree that lynda - design
assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion,
mis-delivery, or failure to offer any website design
.lynda - design is not responsible for third-party
programs or links.
Privacy Policy
Our policy is to keep the personal information
we receive from our sites completely confidential, and use
it solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal
information with any other parties.
No Resale of Services
The templates may be used for your
own and/or your customers' websites, but you may not put
them on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium
and offer them for redistribution or resale. This means
that if you are a web developer and consultant you
are free to use the templates in the design of your
customers' websites. However the templates may not
be resold in any sort of collection, such as distributing
to a third party via CD, diskette, or letting others
to download from your website. You may not edit the
template and then sell it, in any way. Violators will
be prosecuted to the highest extent possible in the
Commonwealth of Virginia, where we conduct business,
and
under any federal statutes that may apply. Photos included
with each template are solely intended as an element
of the template design and are separately copyrighted
by us or third-party providers. They may not be used
for any other purpose and may not be loaned, transferred,

Royalty-Free
In this agreement, is defined as your right
to license any of our products for a one time fee without
having to pay any further commissions to us for using
our templates for more than a single use. This DOES NOT
mean you are purchasing the right to resell our products
or to use, resell or redistribute stock placeholder images
shown solely as suggestion of image placement.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that
under no circumstances will lynda - design be liable in any
way for any content, including, but not limited to, for
any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss
or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use
of any content and products posted through the site,
and lynda - design shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential,
or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages
for loss of revenues or profits, goodwill, use, data,
or other intangible losses.
Refund Policy
We do not refund or accept return of the
templates. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The requirements for downloading
and editing templates are clearly stated, so make sure that
you have the software required before you purchase the template.
Prior to your purchase you have the opportunity to download
our Free Web Template and
ask us questions to make sure that the template suits your
needs - no refunds will be given on the basis that the template
does not meet your requirements.
You are responsible to have the programs and
