Each template includes the following files: Dreamweaver template file (.dwt), (Fireworks) .png files, CSS style sheet, Javascript file if required, sample index file (with dummy content), images in gif and jpg format, setup and help-files.

How do I receive my website templates when I place an order?
As soon as your order is securely processed by PayPal, our payment gateway, you will immediately receive an e-mail with download instructions. The templates are in a zip file. The entire process will only take a few minutes. You will need to unzip the files using Winzip or similar utility. You can download trial versions of unzipping tools from download.com

How many times am I permitted to use the template/s?
You may use your selected template as many times as you wish. Remember, you are buying a LICENSE for use. That means you are purchasing the rights to use the template. You may not, of course, resell or redistribute templates in any manner. For more info, please read our terms of use.

How long would it take to design my site using one of your templates?
This really depends on the complexity of your site and your level of experience. If your site has 5 - 10 basic text-based html pages, then it could take a a few hours to design it. Much of the time designing a site involves writing and inserting text and find the appropriate imagery.

Can the layout colors be changed?
Colors can be easily modified to suit your preferences. We recommend you following a color scheme. See our color section for inspiration and web safe colors.

What screen resolutions will the templates fit?
Our templates will fit ALL screen resolution sizes, and are optimized for 800 wide and up. Many stretch to fit. Best performance is on later versions of Internet Explorer.

Can the layout images be replaced with my own or other royalty free images?
Yes, header images, swap images and images we have used for placeholders in the body of the layout can easily be replaced with your own selections.

Do you offer support?
We offer e-mail support, as long as it is related with the setup, modification and use of our templates. Our help files and troubleshooting guide (included with each template) should resolve most questions. Our support for do-it-yourself templates is limited-- this is how we keep our prices reasonable.
